During your absence, you may need someone to keep an eye on your property. This can vary from airing your house on a regular basis, to contacting local firms in case of an electric failure or a pump that has stopped working. I can arrange quotes for construction work that needs to be done, make sure that your house gets a thorough cleaning in between tenants, read the metres for you and take care of paying invoices.

Depending on how often you may need my services, we can draw up a contract (see the table for my rates). But I’m also available for just an occasional job, if necessary. I have the CAE 81100 for Property Management!
